Pet Safety 🐾
This plant is non-toxic and safe for homes with pets.
Fun Fact!
The fluffy "powder puffs" aren't petals at all—they're made up of hundreds of long stamens. These blooms are rich in nectar and are highly attractive to butterflies, bees and other pollinators.
Care Notes
Sunlight ☀️
Loves bright light and performs best with 4–6 hours of direct sun each day. More sunlight encourages heavier flowering.
Water 💧
Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil begins to dry. Keep the soil evenly moist but avoid waterlogging.
Humidity 🌬️
Normal room humidity is fine, though it enjoys gentle airflow.
Tip 💬
Prune lightly after flowering to encourage denser branching and more blooms. A balanced flowering fertiliser every 3–4 weeks during the growing season will help produce continuous flowers.
Size
Approx. 20-40 cm tall
